Theme: Hoocha Mikhuy/To Eat and Digest Heavy Energy

Hoocha Mikhuy is how we keep our "bubble" (energy field) clean and filled with nectar. By digesting in the "spiritual stomach" and sending this digested hoocha to Pachamama with all our love, this helps us stay grounded and keep the AYNI with Pachamama. Learning and practicing Hoocha Mikhuy within the Nectar Practices help us resolve conflicts and maintain harmonious relationships with our human and nature family.

Don Francisco and Don Ricardo Apaza Flores, together with Ricardo's wife Rosita, will share their wisdom on this topic.

Join us to experience the wisdom and power of the Q'ero on a monthly basis through the elucidation of one important topic. We begin each session with a beautiful WAHARIQUY (invocation blessing) for everyone in the Zoom and our Q'ero Elder will speak their beautiful wisdom on the subject of the month with the help of Elizabeth and direct Quechua to English translation by Fredy. We will have a few minutes for questions, then end with a beautiful embodiment practice led by Rochelle Schieck. All proceeds go to help pay the salaries of our GPS Faculty and the Hatun Q'ero Community.
