You will receive tracking information once your item has shipped. Before the item is shipped, we are unable to provide a tracking number.
It's likely that you mistyped your email when you completed your order. It's also possible that the order did not go through. Please contact us directly so we can confirm the order was received on our end and so we can confirm that there were no typos made in your email address.
If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, you'll receive an email notification that it was cancelled. This may be because the item is no longer available, cannot be made, or if your order is flagged as being fraudulent due to an invalid payment method.
